1. Return and Exchange Conditions
The product must meet the following conditions:
Unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original packaging and tags intact.
Provide original proof of purchase (order number or electronic invoice).
Apply for return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt (based on the logistics receipt time).
No refund or exchange will be given in the following cases:
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by human factors.
Products that have exceeded the return period.
2. Return and Exchange Process
Submit your application:

Return product name and reason
Attach product photos (if quality dispute is required)
After the review is passed:
We will email you the return address and precautions.
Please return the item in its original packaging or in damage-proof packaging (Cash on delivery will be refused).
Refund/Exchange Processing:
Refund: After confirming that the product is correct, the payment amount (excluding shipping costs) will be returned within 7 working days.
Exchange: After receiving the returned goods, we will give priority to reissuing you the same item (negotiate a replacement or refund if out of stock).
3. Shipping fee description
Return shipping fee:
If there is any problem with the product quality or wrong/missing delivery, we will bear the shipping cost.
If due to personal reasons (such as the size is not suitable), you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
