1. Scope of application
This Service Policy applies to all goods and services provided by Thryft Trade Ltd via www.thryfttrade.com to customers in the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA).

2. Protection of Consumer Rights
Under EU consumer protection legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the following rights:

14-day unconditional return: You can return the product without reason within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Full refund guarantee: refund within 14 working days after the returned goods are accepted

3. Order processing
Order confirmation: Order confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours after order is placed

Delivery time: 5-7 working days after order confirmation

Delayed processing: In case of insufficient stock, the estimated delay time will be notified within 48 hours

4. Delivery Service
Standard delivery: 20-40 working days for delivery (including customs clearance time)

Express delivery options: Expedited services such as DHL/UPS are available (extra charge)

Logistics tracking: Provide full logistics tracking number

5. Returns and Refunds
Return conditions:
The product must be in new condition with original packaging and tags

Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product

Original proof of purchase is required

Refund process:

Return the product (trackable logistics method is recommended)
